Workstation Monitor
The monitoring of file systems, files, event logs, services, and CPU load on workstations can contribute considerably to reduce the user help desk effort. The Workstation Monitor, by default included in all editions, supports the checking process ideally with only marginal configuration efforts.

Standard settings are predefined
All Impulsus isymon® editions are provided with an “isymon standard“ configuration which includes predefined standard settings for the Workstation Monitor. This minimizes the configuration efforts in standard environments.
Checking of the local file systems
Due to the technology that the Filesystem Monitor contains it is possible to detect automatically the local file systems to be checked (e.g. “C”). A workstation reports an upcoming problem as soon as a determined threshold is reached.
Checking of the local event logs
Event-Logs can be checked globally and messages of the “Error“ type and the like will be forwarded.
Checking of the CPU load
Impulsus isymon® consistently measures the CPU load. When the CPU load is above a defined threshold (in percentage) over a defined period of time, then isymon® reports this status.
Checking of the service statuses
Impulsus isymon® checks the statuses of the services on the workstations. Criteria such as installing, deleting, starting, and stopping of services can also be checked.
